Want to lay on a couple of bets at the bookies on what's going to happen in the wibbly wobbly world of music in 2007? Here's the psyreviews take.... - Electro will very quickly - and I mean VERY, like by March -- slide out of fashion and suddenly sound like the plastic, retarded cockfodder that it is, all with roughly the same breakneck speed that it suddenly sounded good to everyone last year
- Progressive albums will continue to be released by everyone, including fullon labels, darkpsy labels, chill labels and even, in a fit of self-referentialism, a progressive label will "take a new and exciting musical direction" by releasing a progressive album
- Fullon will get good again and we will all pretend we liked it all along, and weren't really all trying to pass ourselves off as serious prog/electro/glitch DJ's. Hallucinogen, Tristan, Talamasca and Transwave will lead the old timers, and something brilliant will come out of Israel. Meanwhile "Back In The Day" gets reclassified as March 2003
- Infected Mushroom's Vicious Delicious album will be shelved again past its current shit April 07 release date as their label once again send it back on the grounds that it is shit. Eventually it will sell record numbers. Of shit
- Skazi will sponsor a line of footwear. It will be shit
Big love, and ever-further onward to that "impending" 2012 cosmic shift that blokes go on about at parties to impress chicks, -- Damion --
