Thank fuck for this, basically. I’m not really sure I can say much about it because it’s not often I’m confronted with an album that speaks for itself so lucidly, so confidently, and so loudly.

It’s better than Robot-o-Chan, it’s almost as good as A Flock Of Bleeps, and it’s got something seriously bloody special about it. It’s got thunk, warp, rigidity becoming malleable, the perfect amount of distortion, melodies just where you want them and nothing else, and an incredible sound throughout.

In an attempt to say something constructive, look at Drug Sock. Ups and downs that glide, not push. Drones aplenty. A midsection with more space in it than Mad Professor’s dubbiest moments. And all of it effortless, right down to the last.

Or Cherry Pie, plenty of everything and soaring, crazily good soundscapes. It all just feeds into each other so perfectly, in a way that leads me to conclude that the artist has no idea just how good a piece of music he's created.

I often bang on too much about things, (apparently I have an overactive throat chakra, but that’s my fault for listening to someone I met at a festival) but I'm not going to here. A bloody brilliant album, if you haven’t got this then you truly are missing out.

Calmly slide your credit card out of that 100% hemp wallet you got at Boom, and buy it. It’s as simple as that.
